plastic news today Berry Global completes Clopay Plastics acquisitionEVANSVILLE, Ind. — Berry Global Group, Inc. has announced it has completed the acquisition of Clopay Plastics Company, which has a location in Augusta.

According to Berry Global Group, Inc. spokesperson Eva Schmitz, the acquisition was completed Tuesday.

The sale of the company was announced in November. At that time, Griffon Corp. Chief Executive Officer Ronald J. Kramer said the company had sold Clopay to Berry for $475 million.
